Ingredients: 2 tablespoons of chia seeds, 1/2 cup of milk (dairy or plant-based), sweetener (honey, maple syrup), and flavorings (vanilla extract, cocoa powder, etc.).

Instructions: Mix the chia seeds with the milk and sweetener in a bowl or jar. Stir well and let it sit for about 10-15 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping. Sprinkled on Yogurt or Oatmeal

Instructions: Sprinkle 1-2 tablespoons of chia seeds over your yogurt, oatmeal, or cereal for added texture and nutrition.

Chia seeds come from the plant Salvia hispanica, which is native to Central and South America. This plant is a member of the mint family (Lamiaceae). Chia seeds have been consumed for thousands of years and were a staple food in the diets of ancient civilizations such as the Aztecs and Mayans. The word “chia” is derived from the Nahuatl word “chian,” meaning oily, which refers to the rich oil content in the seeds. Now it is produced by farmers in Uganda.

Not sure, but make sure you follow all the consumption instructions.
